J. Can I attach some files in the ticket?

- After you type in your inquiry description, at the bottom of the details' box, you can drop your files as shown by the red arrow down in the figure.
- There is no restriction of type of the files and its size. For example, words document, excel, image, and video.
- After you made selection of the file, you can upload it straight way.
