Equipment Loan Policy:

Students are not permitted to borrow any equipment provided by the eLearning department.

If students wish to utilize specific equipment from the eLearning department, they must adhere to the following requirements:

1. The equipment's usage must be for educational purposes or for projects and assignments involving IMU parties.
2. Requests for equipment loans must be initiated by supervisors from IMU faculty or lecturers of IMU.
3. Supervisors or lecturers must assume responsibility for any loss or damage to the equipment.
4. The duration of equipment usage should be limited and not extend over an extended period.
