There are some cases where the ZOOM video application did not prompt after you open the link.

By default, when you open the ZOOM link, you will be directed to the ZOOM launch page and this dialogue box will be appeared in the top middle of the page. To open and start the ZOOM video, you only need to click on the "Open Zoom Meetings" button.

But, if the dialogue box above not prompted out after you open the ZOOM link, the launch page will be remain in launching status. In this case, you need to force out the dialogue box by follow the instruction below as shown in the highlighted box in the image.

by click on the "click here" link, the dialogue box will be prompt out and then you can run the ZOOM video as normally.
