F. How to know my eTicket number?

- You can check your eTicket number by checking the email that you had received from eLearning Support. The eTicket number is a combination of '#' and 6 digits’ number. For example, #123456.
- You can find the eTicket number in your email as shown in the picture below;
- The eTicket number can be used to check your ticket status, progress of the eTicket and to retrieve back the closed eTicket.
