D. How do I know my eTicket is successfully delivered and received?

To confirm your eTicket is successfully delivered, you can see the green box at the top of the page with note; Support ticket request created, as shown in the figure below;

You will also receive a copy of your eTicket sent to your email few minutes later after you created the eticket. The email is from eLearning Support, contains all your details request and information for further assistance.

If the ticket is failed to create, you will be re-directed to the eTicketing form to check and complete the other incomplete fields in the form. Also, you will not receive any email from eLearning Support.

So, make sure your email is correct.
