D. How do I know my ticket is successfully delivered and received?

To ensure your ticket is successfully delivered, you can see the green box at the top of the page with note; Support ticket request created, as shown in the figure below;

For confirmation, you will receive an email also few minutes later after you get that green box. The email is from elearning, contains all your details request and information for further assistance.

If the ticket is not created, you will be directed to the home page back during the submission of your request, and you would not receive any email form elearning.

So, make sure your email is valid.
