C. How to create a ticket?

Here are the steps to create eTicket:

  • Click on the blue button labelled as ‘Open a new Ticket’
  • Fill in the required box with your details. In the email box, you can type in your own email or IMU email.

  • Choose the Help Topic that relates to your inquiries.

  • After you completed all the required details, click button ‘Create Ticket’
  • You can reset the details you typed in by clicking the ‘Reset’ button, and all the boxes will be back to blank
  • After submitted your ticket, make sure your ticket is successfully created and you will be directed to the new page as shown below.

  • After that, you will receive a copy of your eTicket in your email from elearning.
