A. How do I request for help about my Elearning matters?

You can communicate to eLearning helpdesk and support department by issuing an eTicket in our Support Ticket System. Here are the steps;

  • Go to eLearn portal, https://elearn.imu.edu.my/
  • Click on the Help tab
  • From the dropdown menu, click eLearning Helpdesk and Support
