J. Can I attach some files in the ticket?

After you type in your inquiry description, at the bottom of the section, you can drop your files as shown by the red arrow down in the figure.
There is no restriction of type of the files and its size. For example, words document, excel, image, and video.
After you made selection of the file, you can upload it straight way.
