- You can check your ticket number by checking your email that you had received from elearning. The ticket number is a combination of # and 6 digits’ number. For example, #123456.
- You can find the ticket number in your email as shown in the figure below;
- The ticket number can be used to check your ticket status and progress of the ticket.
