The process of getting the software is by requesting through eTicketing system which is "Open a new ticket --> under Help Topic, select Software Request --> choose the software to use".
Your request will be processed within 1 or 2 working days and you will get a confirmation respond from the eLearning person in charge.
Successfully sent request meaning you are agreed with the Terms and Conditions of usage.
Breaking any of the terms will causing your request is rejected or your name would be blacklisted for future request.
