Frequently Asked Question

Lecturer who is unable to access their teaching and learning modules, please raise a ticket by selecting help topic Access to teaching module. Kindly fill up the form correctly and type the module name or link that you want to access. 

The received request ticket will be processed by eLearning Helpdesk and you will be granted access to the module within 1-2 hours. You may try re-access the module after you received a reply of confirmation of access.

If you need urgent access, you may contact Helpdesk directly on Chat Messenger, in the portal. The helpdesk will provide you the access as fast as possible.
