Frequently Asked Question

There are TWO main reasons why you cannot access the Submission Phase.

1. You are not belong to any group in the activity.

Solution:

• Please double check you are accessing the correct module and activity.
• Once your confirmed you supposed to do the activity, but not in the group, please inform your lecturer immediately.
• Or, you in the group, but still cannot do the submission phase. Perhaps the submission phase has been closed. Please refer to the REASON NUMBER 2.

2. The Submission Phase has reach its due date.

Solution:

• Please get advise from your lecturer to extent the due date. Once permitted, the date will be extended and you will able to do the submission phase again.
