Frequently Asked Question

There are several reasons why your mentor was unable to view or access your ePortfolio in the MAHARA portal. Please check the reasons below, it could be one or two of them are causing this issue. The reasons are;

1. You did not SHARE your ePortfolio collection with your mentor.

• To solve the issue, please click "HOW TO SHARE MY ePORTFOLIO TO MY MENTOR"

or,

2. You submit the wrong ePortfolio link.

• To solve the issue, please click "HOW TO SUBMIT MY ePORTFOLIO LINK"

or,

3. You set the duration of access to the page.

• To solve the issue, please remove/disable the access time restriction in your ePortfolio settings.

or

4. Your mentor view your ePortfolio in the wrong way.
