How to share file from OneDrive?

Step 1: Sign in to Office 365 account

Step 2: Go to the OneDrive app

Step 3: Locate the file that you want to share.

Step 4: In the file, click on the share button.

Step 5: To get the copy link, click on “People you specify can view” link.

Step 6: Click on one from the options to access this file. In this case, we chose "People in International...al University with the link"

Step 7: Tick on the “Allow editing” box if you want that people can edit the file.

Step 8: Then, click on “Apply” button.

Step 9: Finally, click on “Copy” button to copy the link provided. Then, paste the link in any platforms such as Online Submission link, Email, MS Teams, Chat Messenger, etc.
