Lecturer: Unable to view all submissions or nothing to display

Step 1: Open the submission link and click "View all submissions" button
Step 2: Look for "Reset table preference" link and click on it.
Step 3: In the "First name" and "Surname" rows, make sure both in "All" state.
Step 4: Scroll down to the "Options". In the "Filter" box, change the filter into "No filter"
