The ticket you have created is accessible by you. Because you using your own email to request the ticket, so all the response and replies will go and received from that registered email. Unless you using other person email, or you keyed in wrong email, so you will not receive any emails reply from the system.

The ticket number that been assigned to you is your identification for your request. So, when you want to check the status of your ticket, that ticket number is required to trace back your request. In the future if you want to check your past tickets, you can refer back to the ticket number, so that all that past tickets can be retrieved.
