C. How to create a ticket?

For guided reading,
  • From the system, click on the blue button labelled as ‘Open a new Ticket’
  • Fill in the required box with your details. In the email box, you can type in your own email or IMU email. If you using IMU email, use the password for that email.

  • Choose the Help Topic that relates to your inquiries.

  • After you completed all the required details, click button ‘Create Ticket’
  • You can reset the details you typed in by clicking the ‘Reset’ button, and all the boxes will be back to blank
  • After submitted your ticket, make sure your ticket is successfully created and you will be directed to the new page as shown below.

  • After that, you will receive an email from elearning regarding to your request that you had sent before.
