Microsoft Teams Workaround for Presenter & Attendee Issue for Teaching & Learning

Issue: Normal attendee is able to kick out fellow attendees due to the default invitation setting that all attendees (except Meeting Organizer) is considered a Presenter. This can occur in a standard meeting or even in a Teams channel meeting.
